How to Register for the IELTS Test
@ IDP : IELTS Australia - Test centre Planet EDU
You can register any any of
the following ways
Option A -
Register online
(Tentative seat reservation)
This is the most convenient way to
register, as it allows you to reserve your seat.
Get immediate seat reservation...
no waiting. However, your
seat will be confirmed only once the test fee is received by the centre
within 2 working days from the date of making a sear reservation.
Procedure

Log on to
www.IELTSidpNepal.com from your
home, office, cyber cafe, your training institute etc.

Select the option "Apply
on-line"
-
Select your test date
(you will see the seat availability status)
-
Fill the on-line form
-
Pay the test fee within
2 days of making your booking
-
Get instant tentative seat booking
Important
You MUST;
-
Pay the test fee within
2 working days of your tentative seat reservation booking
-
Send 2, recent passport
size, photographs (not later than 6 months old). Please write your Name and Passport number on the
reverse of your Photo.

Send, Photocopy of your
Passport (first 3 pages), AND any observation pages.
Failing which you will NOT
be allowed to sit the test.

Once your registration
is complete you will see a confirmation on your computer screen (you
must print and bring this on the day of the test). A copy of the
confirmation will also be sent on the E-mail ID provided by you at
the time of filing the application form. In case you had provided
your Mobile Phone number, you will also receive a SMS alert
Option B -
Register in Person at Test Centre office or Input Node
This is also a convenient
way to register, as this system also allows you to get immediate seat
confirmation and allows you to pay the test fee by Demand draft and may
be Cash.
Procedure
Walk into any
Test Centre offices or the
nearest Input Node and use
any of the following methods to register:
Method - I
-
Register online using
the computer at the office and make payment of test fee, get immediate confirmation of your seat (this is just like
online registration)

Hand over to the staff,
2 recent passport size, photographs (not later than 6 months old).
Please write your Name and Passport number on the
reverse of your Photo.

Hand over Photocopy of
your Passport (first 3 pages) AND any observation pages.

Take the instant
acknowledgement letter confirming your seat in the test.

Sign the test day terms
and condition sheet, which will be available at the test centre or
at the input node
Method -
II
-
Take an application form
and complete the same
-
Sign the terms and
conditions sheet attached to the application form.
-
Attach 2 recent
photographs, passport sized (write your Passport number and your
Name on the reverse of the Photo)

Attach Photocopy of your
Passport (first 3 pages) AND any observation pages
-
Pay the test fee either;
-
by Demand Draft
(demand draft must be drawn in favour of "IELTS Nepal Project,
Payable at Kathmandu")
-
by Cash (if accepted
at the centre and ONLY AGAINST official receipt)
-
Request the staff to
enter your application form in the online registration system
immediately and give you the acknowledgement of your booking and a
tentative seat reservation, thereby ensuring a seat for yourself.
Please note that your confirmation will be subject to the
realization of the Bank draft (if you have paid the fee by bank
draft)
Option C -
Register by Courier and pay test fee
by Demand Draft
Procedure
Download the application
form from www.IELTSidpNepal.com.
Alternately, collect the application form, from the nearest Test Centre
office, Training Institute, Agent or Input Node.

Complete the application
form
-
Sign the application
form and the Test terms and conditions sheet attached to the form
-
Attach 2 recent
photographs, passport sized (write your Passport number and your
Name on the reverse of the Photo)

Attach Photocopy of your
Passport (first 3 pages) AND any observation pages
-
Attach the Demand Draft
for the test fee (demand draft must be drawn in favour of "IELTS
Nepal Project, Payable at Kathmandu")
-
Send the completed
application form with all attachments and the test fee to;

The application will be
processed upon receipt and the seat allotment for your selected date
will be subject to availability
